DOMESTIC parcels will arrive within approximately 5-7 working days, depending upon your location. You will receive an email when your item is dispatched, containing your parcel tracking number.
Customers will be charged $20 for all international shipping.
We ship globally via trackable Registered Post services. Delivery times vary, but orders may be expected to arrive between 7-14 working days.
In case of a damaged item being delivered, we shall offer you a full refund once the damaged goods have been received back in the store.
All designs, content and photographic material is subject to copyright and is wholly owned by House OF Avi. No designs, content or photographic material represented on House Of Avi’s online platforms may be used without prior written authorisation.
The purchaser will not use, copy or infringe on our intellectual property, which means all intellectual property rights (whether created before, on or after the date of these Terms and Conditions and whether registered or unregistered) in respect of copyright, any patents, trademarks, logos, designs, software, domain names, business or trade names, together with marketing concepts and designs, product knowledge, training systems and materials, protection of confidential information, circuit layouts, inventions, know-how, product or business concepts, details of product development, and any other identifiable result of intellectual endeavour, whether arising under statute or otherwise, and which relates to any of our products or services.
To the extent permitted by law, House Of Avi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Purchaser in relation to the supply of goods. Our liability is limited only to the cost of supply or re-supply of goods in accordance with these terms.
SIZING & PHOTO REPRESENTATION
The websites offer as accurate as possible a representation of the product and its colour. Our products are made from natural fibres where possible and therefore, slight variations in colour may result. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
House Of Avi offers its customers a guarantee of its product. We understand that a customer sometimes might want to return or exchange their purchased product. We are here for you to support you in this.
Return of Shoes - Within 2 weeks of purchase can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a larger/smaller size. Shoes must be unworn or damaged. Please call Avi on 0450921645 and he will personally assist you with any issues. Any exchange of shoes will incur a $10 postage charge.
Return of Scarves - Within 2 weeks of purchase can only be exchanged for another Scarf. They must be in their original packing and be unworn and with their custom House Of Avi Fragrance.
