RETURNS & REFUNDS
House Of Avi offers its customers a guarantee of its product. We understand that a customer sometimes might want to return or exchange their purchased product. We are here for you to support you in this.
Return of Shoes - Within 2 weeks of purchase can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a larger/smaller size. Shoes must be unworn and undamaged. Please call Avi on 0450921645 and he will personally assist you with any issues. Any exchange of shoes will incur a $10 postage charge. Note - Products purchased within any special SALE are not eligible for return or refund.
Return of Scarves - Within 2 weeks of purchase can only be exchanged for another Scarf. They must be in their original packing and be unworn and with their custom House Of Avi Fragrance. Note - Products purchased within any special SALE are not eligible for return or refund.
And If you have an extenuating circumstance and need longer than 2 weeks please contact 0450921645 so we can assist you. Please note that refunds can only be made to customer's Bank Account as our digital security system that does not allow refunds to cards or paypal, etc.
Customers will be charged $10 for all domestic shipping.
DOMESTIC parcels will arrive within approximately 5-7 working days, depending upon your location. You will receive an email when your item is dispatched, containing your parcel tracking number.
Customers will be charged $20 for all international shipping.
We ship globally via trackable Registered Post services. Delivery times vary, but orders may be expected to arrive between 7-14 working days.
In case of a damaged item being delivered, we shall offer you a full refund once the damaged goods have been received back in the store.
All designs, content and photographic material is subject to copyright and is wholly owned by House OF Avi. No designs, content or photographic material represented on House Of Avi’s online platforms may be used without prior written authorisation.
The purchaser will not use, copy or infringe on our intellectual property, which means all intellectual property rights (whether created before, on or after the date of these Terms and Conditions and whether registered or unregistered) in respect of copyright, any patents, trademarks, logos, designs, software, domain names, business or trade names, together with marketing concepts and designs, product knowledge, training systems and materials, protection of confidential information, circuit layouts, inventions, know-how, product or business concepts, details of product development, and any other identifiable result of intellectual endeavour, whether arising under statute or otherwise, and which relates to any of our products or services.
To the extent permitted by law, House Of Avi shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered or incurred by the Purchaser in relation to the supply of goods. Our liability is limited only to the cost of supply or re-supply of goods in accordance with these terms.
SIZING & PHOTO REPRESENTATION
The websites offer as accurate as possible a representation of the product and its colour. Our products are made from natural fibres where possible and therefore, slight variations in colour may result. Colour representation may also vary slightly due to computer image quality and screen settings.

We are retailer and wholesaler of footwear, clothing and accessories (Goods) and provider of associated services (Services). We are bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

In order to assess and maintain an application made by you in respect of our Goods or Services (for example, wholesale accounts), we may obtain consumer credit reporting information about you from a credit reporting body (such as VEDA). In addition, we may also disclose to a credit reporting body information about any default by you under our terms and conditions.
In this situation, we may collect Personal Information related to your eligibility to be provided with credit. Any consumer credit reporting information collected by us may be disclosed to any of the entities set out above for the purposes of processing any credit application for our Goods or Services, processing payments and any other related purpose.
For the purposes of providing consumer credit, we may disclose your Personal Information to credit reporting bodies for the purposes of undertaking a credit check in relation to an application made by you, including but not limited to::

You have the right to make a request to the credit reporting body not to use or disclose your credit reporting information for the purposes of pre-screening of direct marketing by a credit provider or if you believe on reasonable grounds that you have been, or are likely to be, a victim of fraud.
We may contact you with direct marketing communications and information about our Goods or Services or other products and services offered by us. If you have indicated a preference for a method of communication, we will endeavour to use that method whenever practical to do so.

Right to be Forgotten
In the event that you decide that you no longer want us to hold your Personal Information, you may notify us in writing on the contact details set out below, of your desire for us to delete your Personal Information on record. We will use our best endeavours and comply with all legal requirements within a reasonable timeframe to delete your Personal Information, unless we are required by law to retain such information.
We use "system cookies" on our Online Platforms. A "system cookie" is a small amount of information stored on the user's computer by our web site server. The "system cookie" identifies the user's browser. It does not identify the user personally and no Personal Information is stored within our "system cookies". "System cookies" can be disabled by the user going to the preferences or options menus in their browser.
Safety and Security of Personal Information
We us industry standard security measures to minimise the risk of misuse, interference and loss, and unauthorised third party access, modification or disclosure of Personal Information.
Our Online Platforms conform to the standard of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, with credit card details and other information scrambled (encrypted) to minimise possible misuse by third parties.

Our website contains links to other sites, however no Personal Information is exchanged through these links. These links are for information purposes only.
We do not store or keep complete credit card numbers from on-line transactions. The first and last three numbers of your credit card number are kept for order verification purposes only.
Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure every shopping experience with us is a positive one, in the event a credit card is used without the holder's authorisation, the card holder must notify their credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
We are not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising out of another person’s use of the Personal Information where we were authorised to provide that person with the Personal Information

Our Online Platforms are accessible to people of all ages. However, we are mindful that some customers who register as members may be under the age of 18. In the interests of their personal safety, we urge children to check with their parents before entering Personal Information on any website and ask parents to discuss these issues with their children.
